QUALIFICATIONS:          

• Knowledge of football, training and conditioning, and previous playing experience.
• Ability to focus on the one of the following coaching areas: Offensive Line, Quarterback, Wide Receiver, Linebacker.
• Ability to work well with student athletes in order to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience.
• Previous football coaching experience preferably at the high school level.
• Ability to build character of student athletes and maintain high levels of integrity both on and off the field.
• Knowledge of student safety/health issues and a commitment to student safety. CPR certification and knowledge of concussion protocols.
• Serve as a role model to student athletes, both on and off the field.
• Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes to create a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents and staff.
